1. Cancellation Fee

Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations. If cancellation is made with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee will be applied. This ensures your reserved time slot can potentially be filled by another client.

2. Estimates

All price estimates are based on the initial information provided and the visible condition of the home at the time of service. Estimates are not final and may change depending on the actual state of the home.

3. First-Time Cleans

Initial cleaning sessions are priced based on the time and effort required to bring the home to company standards. Pricing for first-time cleans typically range depending on the condition and size of the space.

4. Payment

Payment is due on the day of service completion. A late fee may be added for unpaid invoices after 48 hours.

5. House Temperature

In warmer months, please ensure indoor temperature is set to 68–70°F during cleaning. If it exceeds 75°F, cleaning may be delayed or canceled, and a cancellation fee will apply.

6. Content Creation and Sharing

With your permission, before-and-after photos/videos may be taken for promotional use on our social platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTok). No personal or identifying information will be shared.
